The products are sent there and if the Chinese government requires them to test our products before it is sold, that is the Chinese putting lipstick on a cat and not Mary Kay employees.
At least if the products are made in the United States and sold overseas then we can guarantee that there is no animal testing except for those products manufactured overseas. There are companies that manufacture their products here in the United States and do not test on animals. They have manufacturing plants overseas in those markets such as China where animal testing is required. The Loreal is rather a cruelty free brand, including being one of the largest activists against animal testing around the world, MAINLY in China!
