I tightened it until I could no longer tighten it using tools and still the seat moved. When installing the foot pedals “righty-tighty” worked on one but the other had to be turned the other way to tighten into place which was confusing. A front reflector came with the bike but the type it came with was not shown in the guide book and did not look like it belonged anywhere on the bike. The handle did not tighten enough to not move but it wasn’t as bad as the seat.
