I got to say this thing is heavy but for a good reason. The griddle plate is thick, and the overall build is sturdy. I love that it folds down for storage, it makes it easy to take it camping. There is plenty of room for cooking a lot of food and the two grease catchers are convenient. The heat seems to be even across the cooking surface and seasoning the griddle helps get rid of some but not all sticky food situations. I cannot wait to use it again on our next camping adventure.
