In 2014, Lancôme launched a marketing campaign which combines a loyalty program called ‘Lancôme Elite Rewards’ via social media platforms. This program gives points as the reward to members for sharing on social media. Members can earn points by sharing products or connecting with the brand on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and they will get discount while getting enough points.
Based on reviews and YouTube videos, it sounded like this was going to be a vanilla bomb. It was floral and powdery, a little bit Estee Lauder makeup sweet and VERY strong. I agree with the posters who compared it to Flowerbomb (which coincidentally I also don’t care for).
Another one to consider is Parfums d’Empire Azemour. Not sure if you’ve tried it, but it’s another one of my top favorites. What do you think of when you feel nauseous? This could have been a nice dumb-reach if it wasn’t for the nostril torching sweetness. Is it pink pepper or ethyl maltol overdose? I did get beautiful whiffs of something pink, sweet and vanillic while walking on a cold winter day but other Estee Lauder NIGHT REPAIR than that it was screechy sweet. There’s no doubt Le Labo Santal 33 has reached cult status for its alluring woody, leathery scent. The Maison Louis Marie No.04is reminiscent of the $192 designer fragrance and saves you over $100.
It lasts 12 hours on me and has a great silage too. This is another more grown up gourmand that’s a fine choice for cooler weather. I find it funny how everyone hates this due to the widespread of the perfume, however, goes Lancome makeup raving about black opium which is what Massey smells like at Christmas. I think of this as more of a cooler weather fragrance. The heat makes this overwhelming and cloying. I find this works well for both day and night.
The scent starts out a bit over-fresh and sweet, but slightly synthetic, with both opposite poles quickly levelling out. The fragrance lives mostly from the pear-rose combination with chypry notes. If the opportunity arises, I would consider investing in a large bottle, since I can never get enough of pears and roses. If you like the floral smells with some intense and powdery aroma, Magnifique by Lancôme is the best option. Its perfect aroma is so sensational that you would love to use it repeatedly. The product is for women to empower beauty and grace.
