I am a fan of each perfumers, and really feel that their price range must have been quite restricted, as this scent isn’t worthy of both. Very mediocre and ultimately lancome fragrance disappointing, I will solely hold it for nostalgic functions. Honourable mention for the stunning bottle nonetheless.
Not rounded or ‘warm’ like most vanillas out there, so I find it quite distinctive and unique. I detect a touch of anise in this lancôme perfume cologne, but it’s not listed in the notes…hmmm. I get passion-flower too, and it offers the scent a somewhat tropical vibe.
It’s ethereal, dusty and fluffy like ice cream. It’s candy but not overwhelmingly sugary. It’s on the mature and grownup facet wich is extra subtle and traditional. The Jasmine notice is almost not detectable to me.
It’s price keeping in my winter rotation. With that disclaimer out of the method in which, I must admit Hypnose is a wonderful creation. I would categorize this as concurrently tropical and cozy.
I wouldn’t class this as fruity however more woodsy maybe … What a masterpiece of perfumery and a complement magnet! This scent really takes my senses on a journey. It’s distinctive allright, but lancome fragrance still, too weak. With so many people speaking about huge sillage, I suspect they’ve watered it down.
I prefer more mysterious and woodsy fragrances that suggest extra whimsical rough around the edges beauty. After a very long time I determined to revisit the perfume and it has me spellbound. I’m all the time afraid it may expire and the juice gets ruined however once I applied it on my sweater right now I realised the perfume had turn out to be better . The scent was stronger and it remained on garments literally all day long with noticeable sillage. I couldn’t cease smelling my sweater and practically all my closet smells like Hypnose. Wafts of the scent come also from my décolleté.
