We mentioned that the unit has two safety cut off switches, which help make it a more child friendly unit. The unit cannot run without the front panel, and it cannot run without a filter inside of it. A quick adjustment of the filter will resolve this, but it is not immediately apparent to new users so we have taken a few calls related to this issue.
