Years ago, we had over-the oven microwaves that lasted much longer than 5 years. Bought this additional microwave oven to make popcorn in my basement TV room. It is a very nice little appliance and does everything required of it. I just hope it gives me many years of service. This is the 2nd Hamilton Beach appliance I have owned. I loved the sleek look of the Matte Black Hamilton Beach 1.1 Cu.ft Microwave.
If your item is damaged upon receiving it, you must contact me within 3 weeks to file an insurance claim and keep all packing and it’s contents. Just because products have the same color name that does not mean they are the same exact color. Also, don’t mistake the color name to be what you may think that color should be. Example, just because a color may have the name Biscuit, it does not mean it will necessarily look like what most people would consider being a Biscuit color. Furthermore, different brands may use the same color name for different color names.
But it performs all of the necessary forms and functions. You pop the food in, you hit a button, you hope it’s heated thoroughly. I bought the 1.1 cubic microwave for my mother less than 2 years ago. Will never buy any Hamilton Beach products again. Also time kept going back to military time.
It isn’t too bulky or heavy which made setting it up very easy. The microwave is not to loud compared to my 15 year old microwave. I only have two issues the light isn’t very bright in the microwave so it is hard to see the food that is warming up. My other issue is the button is really hard to press to open the door and since I have mine set up on a shelve it causes it to move way back. But this microwave warms up your food very fast and it very easy to use.
