A free clinician consult is available to users with positive or indeterminate test results. Kits are available at no upfront cost to those who meet clinical guidelines. Our lab will perform a PCR test on your sample for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes coronavirus (also called COVID-19).

COVID 19 Test Kits

Test kits and masks will be available at these locations until supplies run out, and the City is strongly encouraging people take no more than 2 test kits and 4 masks per household. However, we understand some may live in larger households or have greater need and they should take what is needed to protect themselves and their families. Consumers can obtain free COVID-19 rapid antigen self-tests by contacting one of the organizations. There are no eligibility requirements or limits per household. The self-tests are indicated for children as young as 2 years old when administered by an adult, and for all people 14 and older to self-perform.

If you are enrolled in any of the University’s medical plans, we have partnered with OptumRx, the University’s pharmacy benefit manager, to provide reimbursement for COVID-19 at-home tests. Through your prescription drug benefit, you can either purchase at-home COVID tests through the OptumRx preferred pharmacy network or at any alternative retailer.
