I printed a few test pages on the same day without issues. Next day printer gave me “Print Unable E9” error after start-up, which means mechanical repair is required according to online user manual. So, next day after purchase I should bring printer to repair centre at my own cost because warranty type brother monochrome laser printer for them ‘return-to-base’, and no one from service centre will attend to look into the issue onsite. Totally disappointing experience with Brother product. May be just bad luck, but it creates an impression about quality, for sure. If you’re after a home office printer this lil bro is hard to beat!
