A negative is we often have utensils falling through the utensils holder. Overall it’s a great dishwasher and I would definitely recommend. Most models hold cups and glasses on the top rack, plates on the lower rack, and silverware in a basket. The ability to adjust the upper rack up or down an inch or so hamilton beach 900 watt microwave allows for more flexibility in loading items such as tall glasses. The top mini rack is very handy, as is the Favorite button to remember our preferred settings.
The bottom rack feels a little flimsy IMO. It doesnt always fully dry everything but I am used hamilton beach 1000 watt microwave to that. It worked well for the first month then suddenly it ran but no water came out.
We didn™™t want to pay over $1,000 for a dishwasher. If people accept paying that, stores will charge more! We are pleased that the dishwasher is quiet and cleans well including drying the dishes with the exception of some plastics.
Some are so quiet now that it can be hard to tell that they’re even running. The dishwasher industry measures noise levels in decibels . For example, 40 dB is like the hush of study hall—practically silent. A bustling restaurant or coffee shop is around 60 dB. Frigidaire doesn’t make a product that can compete with the quietest dishwashers on the market.
