They need to redesign the bottom rack and silverware basket. The bottom rack doesn™™t slide smoothly in and out. The silverware basket needs to clip somewhere. It slides around on the rack and the handle blocks the bottom rack from sliding in. I would be willing to assist with design and advise on prototypes. In the range of Frigidaire dishwashers that we recommend, you’ll notice only slight differences on the exterior.
I like the green light that shows me that the dishes are clean. My new Frigidaire dishwasher is extremely quiet, cycles quickly, and dishes are clean. The dishwasher has cleaned very well so far as well as drying. One new glass dish came out with scouring around hamilton beach 1000 watt microwave the edge that is unremovable. I will try Cascade Platinum Rinse Aid instead to see if that makes a difference and without either. It’s definitely not the plumbing at my house since I have a brand new water heater, water softener and whole house water filter.
