I liked it for my tile floor, but not so much on carpet. Especially when you clean hard floor at the same like you So, it is an expensive mop. I don’t have wifi so i don’t have whatever that offers. I will try to get used to it and decide if I want to send it back. I was disappointed that this machine is 1) heavy and hard to maneuver; 2) takes up more room than expected; 3) leaves a puddle of dirty water once you stop cleaning.
It performs much better on carpeted floors with its multi-surface floorhead, is easier to maneuver, weighs considerably less, and has longer battery life. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max is a cordless upright hybrid vacuum/mop. Compared to the corded BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro, it has a less powerful motor that leaves it incapable of cleaning dense high-pile carpeting. That said, it’s easier to maneuver and does just as good a job when vacuuming debris or scrubbing away stains on bare floors.
At the end of a clean, the CrossWave Cordless Max can be placed on its charging dock and the self-clean button hit to automatically clean the brush. You can then easily lift out the brush and stand it upright for drying. With the brush removed, you can wipe the floor head clean.

More regular mess proved a cinch, with only a few sweeps required to leave a muddy floor super-clean. Handy LED lights at the front of the Cordless Max illuminate the area you’re cleaning, so you’re unlikely to miss any dirt.
The CrossWave Max weighs a very respectable 5.22kg and comes with an extra large 828ml clean water tank and a larger-than-average 550ml dirty water tank with filter attached. This means you can clean for much longer than others without having to refill the clean water tank or empty the dirty one. I was impressed and surprised by how much dirt is picked up within the dirty water tank, and the convenience of this appliance makes it easier to perform quick cleanings on a more regular basis. The Max does a good job dealing with stains when used with the Multi-Surface cleaning formula. It’s worth noting that this vacuum can leave behind a small amount of residue after completing a pass, though thankfully, it’s pretty easy to clear away.

After using this machine you will want to press and hold the button that looks like a fan, just under the display, and it will begin a 30-second self-clean. You will still have to empty water tanks and clean brushes, but this does help along the way as it flushes out dirt, hair and debris from the appliance and brush roll. Once finished you’ll want to grab and empty both water tanks – be prepared for what you’ll find in the dirty tank – and with the dirty tank, remove the filter and clean it thoroughly. Then, take out the rotating brush bar and give it a good clean under your tap.
