Weber Q 3200 Liquid Propane Gas Grill in Titanium Walmart com Propane gas grill, Small gas grill, Gas grill

Just used the Q1200 for the first time with my RV…easy to use and cooked very evenly. Just like all Weber products, it’s durable and cooks great. Let’s explore a few reasons to choose these grills over other brands that have littered the market. I find the shallow body of the Traveler much easier to clean than the Q. To get the same portability for the Q2200 that you get with the Traveler then you will need to buy the portable cart separately for about $100.

The Traveler is large, but highly portable, and packs serious searing power. But even understanding the reasons behind the weight does not benefit this grill’s portability. Again, considering this grill against all other tabletop models in this review, the Q 1200 “packs down” to a less-than-reasonable 3.2 cubic-feet. We put that phrase in quotations because portable bbq the only thing that packs away are the side tables, which do conveniently fold up securely underneath the lid. Purchased at bjs problem is the 16 oz propane cans do not fit without forcing the regulator to the side because the can is forced sideways by the handle. I have seen this complaint in other reviews WEBER needs to get off their arse and fix this.

It cooks evenly and it’s just the right size whether you’re cooking for one person or a crowd. It is small enough to not take up much room on my patio yet big enough to grill anything I need. It heats up quickly and does a great job cooking my foods evenly. Grill a quick afternoon lunch of burgers and hotdogs, or a fish fillet for family dinner. The Weber 6557 Q Portable Cart fit my 1200 grill as I’d hoped.

But behind that weight, you have a glass-reinforced nylon frame, supporting a cast aluminum body and lid, that cover a porcelain-enameled cast iron cook surface. All of these are heavy-duty, making the Q 1200 sturdy, durable, and likely to last a very long time. The core aspects of these two grills are nearly identical. Both types of grills feature a burner that wraps around the underneath a set of heavy duty cast iron cooking grates.

Q2200 grill also features large folding tables on the side that have been reinforced with glass for extra protection. If this was not enough, the burner provides BTU-per-hour to the LP and can be ignited in an instant with its electronic ignition. Besides this, you can control the temperature easily using the infinite control valve settings and the built-in thermometer in the lid. Naturally, the Weber Q 2200 is meant to be portable, so its small cooking space isn’t too surprising.

However, even with frequent use, this only needs to be emptied and cleaned out occasionally. To make this job even simpler, I like to line the tray with aluminum foil. You will have no problem getting up to 500 Fahrenheit degrees, something that you can expect with larger grills. Thus, you can easily tackle all kinds of meat and can even give searing a try. What’s more, the domed lid creates space for larger roasts.

As long as it is hooked up to enough propane gas, it is able to produce a good amount of heat. This model, in particular, does a great portable bbq job of reaching higher temperatures. I also like the side tables – they are high quality and are perfectly designed to hold food.
