The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max has a fairly spacious dirt compartment. You have to use Bissell’s cleaning solution with the device. In the starter pack, you get four 8-ounce samples and a little goes a long way. I bought this machine as I was hating th fact that every time I mopped I would see streaks and also the after I was using was disgusting after one use. I followed the directions for self clean and took the vaccum apart between use. I used several cycles of the self clean with shark cordless appropriate amount of cleaning solution and water levels. The brush will not come clean enough to clean my tile floors.

It can run for almost 40 minutes on a single charge, which should give you enough time to clean most rooms without running out of charge.
