I jogged 30 mins last night, woke up the next morning and did another 30 mins. So far best thing I have bought only two issues are the cell holder and the little noise but it is very light. I was able to workout while my 4 year old slept with the music on the Bluetooth one. I have had it a week and it worked perfectly. I am 5’5” and it is great for my size. Love this product it’s simple, takes up way less space than a full treadmill and has speeds high enough to run if walking isn’t the only thing you want to do.
Easy, light, but walking surface narrow and short. The bar arm that goes up and down is easy to use, but far forward and not very sturdy. You couldn’t run on this and you have to be very careful where and how you are placing your feet to avoid falls and injury. Not recommended for older people and people with special physical needs. It makes a loud whistle the faster it goes. We are very happy with our purcahse which came yesterday and now we can contiune with our walking exercises.

I bought it more for walking, not running though. I had my doubts but it’s portable, small scale and works great! As some have said, on slower modes it does drag a bit but not noticeable when walking Sunny Health Fitness faster or running. I actually look forward to using it every day. I was not wrong when buying this product, is amazing. For me is perfect for my small space, is very sturdy and super easy to use.
This works well and appreciate the size and functionality. I wish I could adjust the volume of the speaker on the treadmill but otherwise it’s fine for the basics. Skeptical from the reviews about it’s long term reliability. Costway Folding Treadmill This is something to use on days I’m not wanting to be around people. They sent the wrong color but so far it has been working as described and was very easy to get setup and going. I will update this as I use it more.
