Bissell CrossWave MAX is it worth the splurge?! An honest review

Probably my favorite feature of the Bissell Crosswave Max is that it works on carpets! Not only does it vacuum everything up on my carpet, but it refreshed my carpets making them smell fantastic. It helps with maintenance tracking, usage tips, and offers customer service, all within the app. Yes, the Crosswave pro max does have wifi connectivity that works well with bissell app called the bissell connect app. If the upgrades are worth it and its in your budget, go for the pro max.

The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max and BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro each have distinct advantages, meaning one might suit you better than the other, depending on your needs. Both vacuums use similar detergent-dispersal functions and do a good job of dealing with dried-on stains as well as liquid spills. They’re also pretty similar in terms of dimensions and overall weight. That said, the corded Pet Pro can run indefinitely but at the cost of a limited range. Its brushroll motor is stronger than its cordless alternative, so you can use this vacuum to clean carpeted floors.

The Max is a passable option for cleaning staircases. It feels lightweight in your hand, while its cordless design ensures you won’t trip over a power cord. It performs remarkably well on bare surfaces, though it can have a hard time on low-pile carpeting. Safe an effective on multiple surfaces including tile, sealed wood floors, carpet, rugs, laminate, linoleum, rubber floor mats, pressed wood floors, and more. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max isn’t suitable for cleaning high-pile carpet.

To add the solution to the tank, all you have to do is first add warm water to the waterline, and then add your solution to the solution line. The Cordless Max has a self-cleaning cycle to make that process so easy with just the push of a button. To make sure shark cordless this vacuum functions the right way every time, cleaning it out is essential every time you use it. I would have to that the battery life is decently a con. The battery level only lasts 30 minutes or so before needing to be back on the charging dock.

However, the Cordless Max can be used to easily clean faraway rooms with minimal difficulty. It also features a self-cleaning function that slightly reduces hands-on maintenance requirements. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max is reasonably maneuverable. Its floorhead pivots, allowing you to maneuver around obstacles pretty easily. It can be hard to push around on low and high-pile rugs, as its brushroll can get bogged down on carpet fibers pretty easily.

As mentioned above, you can easily hook your Bissell CrossWave up to wifi and connect on an app for maintenance, support, cleaning tips, and a usage dashboard. I have a few shag rugs and the high-pile seems to get caught in the roller. As a bonus, my Bissel Crosswave vacuum came with a second brush for backup!

I don’t have wifi so i don’t have whatever that offers. I will try to get used to it and decide if I want to send it back. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max does an okay job of handling debris in cracks. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max isn’t designed for use on high-pile carpet. Its brushroll motor isn’t strong enough to keep the roller moving on thick carpeting, making it very hard to push around. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max’s performance on low-pile carpet is poor.

The dock also has a drying rack for its brushroll and filter. The Bissell crosswave pro max has many more high end features with its cordless design. The pet pro is not cordless but it does have a larger roller at 12in covering a bit more of a large area at a time. It also works well to pick up pet hair and bulky dry debris without losing any suction.

The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max and Samsung Jet 90 Complete are different types of vacuums, though both offer some mopping functionality. However, this floorhead only scrubs away at stains, and the vacuum isn’t capable of dealing with liquid spills, unlike the BISSELL. That said, the Samsung vacuum is considerably better at everyday vacuuming tasks. It performs much better on carpeted floors with its multi-surface floorhead, is easier to maneuver, weighs considerably less, and has longer battery life.

Cordlessly vacuum and wash floors at the same time without being tied to an outlet. It’s considerably quieter than the BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro, presumably thanks to its smaller, less powerful suction motor. If you run it within an enclosed room, people nearby aren’t likely to be disturbed. The shark cordless Max doesn’t come with attachments, though there is an additional replacement brushroll for its floorhead. I would say this is an investment piece that is totally worth saving up your pennies for. Hands down, I would 100% recommend this small appliance if you’re in the market for a new vacuum cleaner.
