Have grilled 1/2 # burgers and thick cut iowa pork chops and the results were great. Will be trying chicken and steaks next. We use it almost every day, cooking bacon, burgers, steaks and as a panini machine. We have had multiple brands of machines over the years and this is by far the best. The only reason the rating was not 5 stars is because grease will sometimes get under the grease cup.
