I jogged 30 mins last night, woke up the next morning and did another 30 mins. So far best thing I have bought only two issues are the cell holder and the little noise but it is very light. I was able to workout while my 4 year old slept with the music on the Bluetooth one. I have had it a week and it worked perfectly. I am 5’5” and it is great for my size. Love this product it’s simple, takes up way less space than a full treadmill and has speeds high enough to run if walking isn’t the only thing you want to do.
We have not tried to run on it yet. I needed to oil up the bottom of the belt right away. When I walked on it it seemed to stick a little. I’m Sunny Health Fitness really happy with my purchase since I have no excuse now. Feels safe, responds easy to speed settings. Not much to assemble, easy to use.
