It is the easiest if two people do it together, in such a way all can be done in 20 minutes or so. Then start adding the 3 poles for the main dome part in the hexagon room. You have sleeves there so when all poles are in place make sure to connect them together with a strap in the center of the structure. It’s a cool tent all around, but our favorite feature has to be the 360-degree views delivered courtesy of this yurt’s giant mesh windows. There are three of these large floor-level windows along the walls of the tent, plus the giant mesh doorway that can be left open in good weather. This shelter may be the least expensive in our roundup, but it still packs some sweet features worth noting. Our favorite is the “storage locker” which gives you a protected place to store items like muddy shoes outside the tent, but can also be accessed from inside using a second zipper.

You can fit three queen-sized beds in the three rooms of the cabin tent—enough for a large family to sleep comfortably. Set up the two internal room dividers to create separate rooms throughout the tent. For families looking for an easy-to-assemble tent, this has a lot to offer with three rooms and a high ceiling. You can easily fit two queen-sized airbeds or 11 individual sleeping bags. As with all budget tents, you’ll find Ozark Trail tents are heavier, more cumbersome and generally less durable than more expensive options.
