The fly goes up and over the tent body, covering only the upper half of the mesh dome, and then forms the glorious vestibule with the aid of a third pole. Use the extra stakes and guy-lines provided to stabilize the vestibule as much as you need. At $500, this modified dome-style tent isn’t cheap, but it represents substantial value. Many tents with similar profiles—such as the Big Agnes Dog House 6—either cost more or require you buy the tent body and attachable vestibule separately. The Wawona doesn’t come with a footprint—few tents this size do—but it’s otherwise all-inclusive, and it is compact considering how much livable space you get. The price also reflects the high quality of the materials, such as the four reinforced aluminum poles, which weigh little yet result in a remarkably strong tent.
Coleman uses very good quality materials in their products, and Coleman 4 person instant tent is no exception. While this tent is designed with an integrated rain fly, it needs a traditional fly to keep you dry when storms hit. Coleman offers a separately purchased rainfly for under $20, and is a must for anyone that intends to use this tent in weather that isn’t limited to sunny days. Tents come in a wide coleman bbq range of sizes and quality, with Coleman usually nearing the top of the heap. This 4-person cabin tent excels in its construction and functionality, housing anywhere from 1-4 people in a 56 square foot interior. On the other hand, CORE tents are a little bit better when it comes to instant tents, spacious cabin tents, or instant cabin tents, thanks to the slightly better-quality instant set up mechanism.
It also costs more, though, and is less forgiving of a careless set-up. The best family camping tents are a breeze to set up and break down, but that’s not the only thing you should consider when purchasing one.
