But the Cuisinart Griddler deluxe also has dual-zone temp control, and its sear function can sear at 500 degrees f for up to two minutes at a time. So you hassle-free cooking with timer and temperature control, but you need to observe the heat manually by timer feature and digital display. They both have fantastic features like the timer, the ability to grill and griddle at the same time, or to be able to set different temperatures for both cooking plates.
