RV Camping in Boardman Oregon: 66 Campgrounds in the Boardman area

For pros, the Ozark Trail 10-Person Cabin Tent is very, very inexpensive, and is by far my least expensive tent for the size. The 6 wall poles are made of steel, I think, but they’re probably not stainless steel, because I found some rust on one of these steel poles. So after washing your tent and I also do rinse off the poles, do let them dry first before storing it away. The zippers worked fine for the windows, but kept snagging on the door because of this rain cover.

Space matters if you are a standard group of four people or a larger 12-person group. You want to ensure enough headroom while the tent keeps a low profile in any space you want to set it in. Comfort is another essential feature so you can sleep under a shaded tent, lay the sleeping bags or bed on a mud-proof tent floor, and stay safe from pesky bugs. You can have all the safety and comfort you need while camping outside with a group of six people thanks to the Ozark Trail 6-Person ConnectEnt. Your entire group will be sheltered under this 100-square-foot tent, which comfortably holds two queen air beds or up to six sleeping bags.

If you are looking for a lighter weight family tent that can hold up better to the elements, then the 8-person modified dome tent will make sense for you. And finally, the biggest con is probably that the quality isn’t the best with the slightly sticky tent fabric, loose threads, snagging issues and inconsistent mesh. If there’s no rain, you can unzip the windows for more ventilation, and there’s a bug net to prevent larger bugs from getting in. The Ozark Trail 6-Person Instant Cabin Tent is a great option for your upcoming best trip. It is a roomy tent with a cabin style perfect for four to six people. The poles are pre-attached to the tent so it doesn’t require specific installation methods.

The pre-attached poles make this as hassle free and easy to use as anyone can ask for when you’ve got kids running around screaming. This is perfect for campers who don’t want to be woken up to the sun’s rays at 5 in the morning on a nice camping trip. If you’re expecting no rain at all, this is a great, reasonably-priced tent.

The tent can be packed into a carry-on duffel and folded up compactly for transportation and storage. With this tent, you won’t directly Ozark Trail Canopies touch the grass or mud, and the built-in floor keeps insects at bay. For added comfort, two queen-size air beds fit comfortably inside.

The design of this tent is a big rectangle, and it only has one door, but I haven’t found this setup to be a problem. The front door is a massive T-style door, allowing you to move large gear in and out with ease. Ozark Trail makes tents of all sizes, but we’ve found larger family camping ozark trail tent tents to be their forte. At 128 sq ft, you’ll have more than enough room for two queen air mattresses, plus gear, plus plenty of headroom with an inside height of 74 inches. Not only that, but the dome tent will keep you safe from the elements better than any cabin tent out there.

Though it is a cabin-style tent, the slanted walls will give it more wind resistance than a typical cabin tent. The carry bag seems to be of okay quality, and it can be made bigger for easier packing up. It wasn’t too difficult to get the tent, poles and all other accessories back into the carry bag. The stitching especially around the doors and windows don’t seem that well done either, and I found a lot of excess threads as well. It rained for about an hour while I was using this Ozark Trail 10-Person Cabin Tent, with about 20 minutes of moderate rainfall and about 40 minutes of pretty light rain.

The mesh doesn’t exactly feel soft and silky, and I’m pretty sure it’s not no-see-um mesh, though it’ll keep the bigger bugs out. I also found a bunch of loose threads on the floor when I first got into the tent, and excess material on some parts. Also, I noticed that some water was already seeping through the blue fabric at the bottom of the tent, and the fabric is pretty much soaked. For ventilation, this Ozark Trail 10-Person Tent has a lot of mesh on the roof of the tent. There’s also 1 lantern loop at the very top of the tent for some lighting at night. I can’t reach this either, but you should be fine if you’re a little taller.

The entire Ozark Trail 10-Person Tent takes about 10 minutes to set ozark trail tent up, when my brother and I were setting it up together (2 people).

Because there’s only 1 door in the entire tent, only 1 “room” will have the door, and the other “room” will only have windows. The single door measures about 54 by 39 inches in dimensions, although it’s about 62 inches from the floor to the top of the door. This is almost a full-sized door, but I do need to duck a little when entering.
