Ginger and pepper spice up the flowers very nicely, the musk base isn’t too intrusive. There’s a certain smooth sweetness about it, no doubt thanks to jasmine, litchi and freesia. It’s a bit more mature in my opinion, but not in a bad way. You could easily wear this to the office. My mother loves this and I like it on her, but would not wear it myself as it’s a bit too feminine for my tastes. I still don’t have the actual perfume but I have the body lotion.
It sparkles with crispness, it dazzles, and it’s not too sweet. It’s both couture and juicy, but it’s not vulgar. It never goes out of style, and it’s destined to be a classic.
When I got home 5 hours later, I sniffed my wrists thinking the fragrance had completely disappeared. So this is a keeper, but on my current budget, not an everyday fragrance, though I definitely think it could be. I like fruity/floral scent and this one really suits the description! I’m glad that it doesn’t smell of pepper or ginger on my skin.
At first, it smelled like a very acidic, ‘high’ chemical note. It softened down to very blowsy flowers, and within an hour it was virtually undetectable on my skin. My first impression of Miracle reminded me of Electric Youth, by Debbie Gibson, which was my first perfume.
It does not impress me.The smell is a bit fresh-sharp, somewhere there floral and in total a bit unremarkable. When the perfume sets down, I can feel the flowers, and the mandarine Estee Lauder makeup very intensely. It’s fresh, suitable for any woman aged 25+, for any season and for both day or night. Bought another bottle of this wonderwork which doesn’t happen often.
My father bought this for me when I was in my twenties. It was a HUGE bottle, did they ever make a 5 oz. I remember it was massive and lasted forever.
I much prefer smelling this from a distance than putting my nose close to the scent. As it dries down it develops a laundry detergent type of smell and eventually it becomes sweet and musky and I swear Estee Lauder NIGHT REPAIR I smell marshmallow. Nice enough, but I don’t think it’s special enough for me to try to struggle my way through the pepper. So, I’ve become quite the Lancome enthusiast and Miracle is no exception.
I will not repurchase as I didn’t have any special memories attached to it besides going to grad school in cold Boston. My Scandal and La vie est belle L’eclat kind of remind me of her. It was today that I sensed the pleasant scent of a flavored tea. I was gifted a Premiere Miniature Collection with Miracle, Anais Anais, Tresor Paloma Picasso, Lou Lou and Lauren Ralph Lauren. I collect mini’s so I’ll treasure this set.
