Viscosity is the oil’s resistance to flow at a given temperature. This indicates how well the oil will flow through the engine at different parts of operation to provide protection and increase fuel economy. The first number is the cold rating (paired with a “W” to indicate “winter”).

Two years ago and before it was two rebate sessions (20 qt. max) to one last year (10 qt. max), and this year the session will presumably be even shorter. No word on rebate maximums or other details yet, but something is better than nothing. I’m thinking the rebate program as we know it may just fade into oblivion.
GM, Honda, and Toyota all recommend Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil. Consult your vehicle’s owner’s manual for best results. I have to say I finally wanted to change oil to Mobil 1 for awhile and I’m glad I did. Without getting into statics about my 2017Camaro mobil 1 oil this motor oil made my V6 run ever so smooth and quiet! I went on a long trip purposely and did spirited driving and even got stuck in traffic without any loss from burn off. I switched from Valvoline synthetic and noticed a difference within 200 miles.
6-7 years back in my bike also I used fully synthetic Mobil which cost around 750 litres for 1 litres. This F9000 which is advertised as fully synthetic for mere 1100 rs doesn’t feel like quality oil to me. Having said that, in my opinion, the oil/viscosity feels mediocre at best. It degrades a lot after 7,000 km, turning extremely black and the engine feeling a bit coarse.

Since the oil is cheap @ Rs. 1575 for 3.5L, I change it every 5k km. As of now, there is no good option in this grade from manufacturers like Amsoil etc, thus I have no option but to stick to 0W16 MGO. Any visit to our native and school always brings excitement and carries good memories. Good that your XL6 drive is much appreciated by your MOM.
Formula 1 recently announced it’s developing its own 100 percent sustainable fuel. The Chilean firm is currently building the new Haru Oni eFuel pilot plant in Punta Arenas, which will produce the synthetic fuel. The eFuel will be created from hydrogen and CO2 using wind energy.
