BP742N ‘s measurement was between 3-10 higher than my old one. It features a two user mode that tracks the last 30 readings for each of two people using the monitor and Advanced Averaging of the last 3 readings over a 10 minute time span. This keeps omron 3 series the cuff firmly positioned in place, further ensuring the accuracy of results. However, some of these users do not recommend it as an accurate device since they received higher or lower readings in comparison to their physician’s equipment.
