The Carbon

CasioThen, drawing inspiration from the petrol tanks seen on offroad vehicles that traverse tough trails, Casio designers created a special dual-layered case that provides enhanced protection from mud, dust, and moisture. This case features an airtight stainless-steel panel back as well as a shock-resistant fine-resin fiberglass back. The new G-SHOCK GWG-1000 g shock watch was designed for deserts, mud, and other tough environments, and it is packed with features that deliver the toughness needed for use in harsh land environments. G-SHOCK was born from a simple idea — a watch should not break when dropped. Back in 1983, the original square-shaped DW-5000C was created after Kikuo Ibe witnessed a child bouncing a rubber ball.

Approved by the FAA, G-Shock designed the first solar-assisted GPS navigation and reception watch that are preferred by pilots all over the globe. In addition, Triple Sensor Version 3 capabilities provide instant access to direction, barometric pressure, and temperature information when needed under tough conditions. Forged carbon is often used in aircraft and motorsports as it is lighter than stainless steel, with a superior tensile strength. The irregular mixture of carbon fibres and resin has been used to form the entire mid-section of the case, including the lugs and guard claws, that protect the watch’s metal bezel and crown.

The MUDMASTER watch arrives in a bright yellow with black accents and military green with black accents. Awesome piece of technology baby g shock and overall exceptional looks and ruggedness! Love the features, it’s, you have several unique options at the push of a button.

Remember that this is a very appreciated watch that has been bought by thousands of people worldwide and until now it seems that most of them have good words about it. Although it’s great in most situations it has a drawback that I find to be frustrating. The illumination is not the best I’ve seen because the hands don’t have any kind of paint that glows in the dark only a backlight that kind of illuminates the whole screen but not enough for very dark situations. The back panel and the index hands are well illuminated and are easy to read even if you find yourself at 200 meters underwater. The band has a very simplistic and tough connection so that you won’t need to look at the band when you close or open it and more importantly not having to worry that it may ever come off when you do not want it to. In addition to all its sensors, it incorporates all of the standard features that you would expect in a G-Shock.

Long press on another button and the watch logs a position on the map, which you can then use the second hand on the watch as an indicator to guide you back. Casio’s G-Shock Rangeman offers all this and plenty more, but feels like a very serious outdoors watch. The Mudmaster g shock protection takes the key features, makes them easier to use, and will appeal to anyone who enjoys a weekend hike for a few hours, and likes to add a little tech into it. No 55.4mm-wide, 53.1mm-long, and 19.3mm-thick watch will be as comfortable as the Mudmaster GG-B100.

Our Mudmaster connected on the first try, in only seconds, to the app where a short three-step guide takes you through the available features. These are a Mission log which records your walking route and altitude data, while a location indicator shows the heading and the distance to a previously registered location. Location data is provided by your phone, as the watch does not have GPS.
