Unfortunately, the touchscreen’s glossiness leaves it susceptible to fingerprints, so you’ll need to wipe it regularly. If it came with a third tray you could use all three rack placements, maximizing time spent dehydrating. This is the function that I think will get the least amount of use in my kitchen.
