Gotham Steel All In One 20 Piece Nonstick Cookware Set Review ~

We prefer stainless steel lids, but at this price point, it’s exciting to get any lids at all. As with other Gotham Steel lids, some users complained about water getting trapped in the lids, between the glass and the steel rim. We didn’t have that problem, but can see how it would be a frustrating issue to deal with (and if more than water gets in there, maybe even a bacteria/pathogen issue). This line of Gotham Steel has the same titanium-reinforced nonstick ceramic coating with an anodized aluminum body. Pan shape is pretty much identical to the original line, so we like the good amount of flat cooking surface.

But unless you’re using them side by side, you won’t know the difference. Nordic Ware backs this nonstick skillet with a limited 20-year warranty that covers workmanship defects. However, damage from metal utensils, scour pads, high heat, or the dishwasher voids the warranty. For what you get, the Tramontina Professional pan is a bargain.

Although it’s not made of copper, it has a copper-colored hue that’s slick and glossy. Of course, if the cookware was crafted with copper, it would be much more expensive. At first glance, you might think it’s copper with a heavy aluminum base, but when you lift it, you’ll find it’s surprisingly lightweight. The T-fal ProGrade Titanium Nonstick Fry Pan has flared sides that are great for tossing and flipping, and the surface is nice and slick. But we all agreed that the bulky handle was too big, especially with folded towels or hot pads. We had high hopes for the Farberware Restaurant Pro Nonstick Fry Pan.

Now a stay-at-home dad, William has brought his passion for professional cooking home, where he continues to cook and bake for his wife and daughter. If you’re ok getting one or two years out of an inexpensive product, then there’s nothing wrong with the Gotham Steel pan. As far as investing in an entire set, I would recommend a test run first. If considering a set of this size it would be a good idea to test drive one of their pans first. That will give a good idea of the set’s performance before making a commitment to such a large number of pieces. The fry pan is a good size that will perform a variety of tasks well.

This 14-piece Blue Diamond set features a blue diamond ceramic non-stick coating and comes in an attractive blue color. There are also 6-piece, 9-piece, 10-piece, and 20-piece sets available. So no matter what size kitchen you gotham steel cookware sets have, you can find a set that’s right for you. The Tri-Cerama cooking surface is supposed to be safe for metal cooking tools, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Since the set comes with 5 plastic utensils, I would use those instead.

Knowing that we aren’t introducing these chemicals to ourselves or the environment is a great relief. Chef Daniel Green is a familiar face to Gotham Steel, and his name is attached to this 12-piece set of cookware. These pieces come in an attractive ocean blue color that would look great in almost any kitchen.
