While we missed the inclusion of a top utensil rack , we were impressed with the racks’ flexibility. On the bottom rack, you can push the tongs down to create a completely flat surface. The racks are also adjustable up and down to accommodate wider or larger serving trays.
My husband called Frigidaire and they estimated a time of service be completed sometime in the WINTER! I am very disappointed with this company, as we purchased a refrigerator and a STOVE from them and I am in hopes they will not break on us. A lot of people have told me it is a lemon, and I wish not to believe them. I just hope the company would have the decency of sending a repair technician to take a look at the product, given that is is practically brand new. The black stainless looks great and so far I™™ve not had any issues with its performance. I think the dry feature works better than the Maytag I had. HOWEVER™¦My biggest frustration are the racks themselves particularly the bottom rack. The way the tines are angled, the height of the tines, and the general layout frigidaire gallery dishwasher of the space on the bottom is all horrible.
