I’ve had issues with other Hamilton Beach products in the past, their blenders are pieces of crap, took it back to Target and got a refund. I will NEVER purchase anything made by Hamilton Beach ever again, I suggest no one else does either. This microwave is a little over 1 year old, however now the pre-programmed buttons don’t work.
