It is a great value for the money spent. It is easy to use and easy to store when done. I am grateful that no assembly was required as well. This does what I wanted it to do!
We have had it for about a month and it works well. My wife uses it in her office to walk on during her meeting. We have not tried to run on it yet. I needed to oil up the bottom of the belt right away. When I walked on it it seemed to stick a little.
The treadmill came assembled out of the box. It ran excellent and everything worked. It is also very quiet.I will highly recommend to buy. I’ve been walking/jogging on it for a week now. It would be cool if there was an app that would connect with the Bluetooth. I received my product 10 days ahead of the delivery date.
I only ever used it at low speeds under my desk so I could still work comfortably while moving, and it slid out of the way easily for me to sit down when not in use. If a belt or bearing isn’t squeaking, it’s extremely quiet. Also, if you plan to use it with the bar down, you STILL have to have the safety magnet attached or else it will not run.
Walkabout 0.6 mile at a fixed pace and record the time it spent. When the speed is at 3mph, it shall take you about 12 minutes for a distance of 0.6 mile. After you can easily do it for a few times, you can gradually Sunny Health Fitness increase the speed. Keep it for 30 minutes, and you can get a good exercise. Before you start to walk, please be patient and be aware that this exercise is good for your health during your whole lifetime.
It’s perfect to keep me moving during this era of COVID gym closures. We are very happy with our purcahse which came yesterday and now we can contiune with our walking exercises. Pretty Sunny Health Fitness good size to walk at a fast pace, easy to assemble. Only issue will be the noise frome motor but you get use to. I got everything up and running within 2 minutes of opening the box.
