Compared to the other 22” outdoor griddles that are currently available, the Cuisinart 360 is an excellent option for home use on the patio. So in all the Cuisinart has eight functions for remarkable cooking versatility. I reviewed the Cuisinart 360 griddle in November, and because it was so late in the year, I didn’t get to use it much. However, in that short time, I fell in love with griddling.
Regularly check that the flow of combuson and venlaon air is not obstructed. I liked being able to maneuver around the griddle while cooking. The griddle gets extremely hot, and it’s nice not having to reach over the top of it while cooking.
The center area closest to the front tended to run 50-75F degrees cooler than the rest of the griddle. If you scroll back up to the burner picture, you can see why. There is no direct flame under this section of the griddle. It also comes with two spatulas, which are essential for griddle cooking, and a scraper and egg rings.
The Cuisinart 360 griddle is an extremely versatile piece of cooking equipment that is ideal for large parties, small gatherings, or laid-back family brunches. You may be intimidated when it comes time to clean your 22-inch Cuisinart griddle. Does anyone happen to have any feedback on the budget EVO option? Does the overall build quality still seem up to snuff, reasonably even cooking across the griddle top, good performance on low/med/high heat? If it’s all kosher, then I’ll pick one up tomorrow.
