The Weber Spirit II E-310 is a pretty decent grill overall (compared to other Weber grills that I’ve used), but be careful about using it if you want to do any sort of smoking or searing/grilling. The Spirit II E 210 comes equipped with a slot on the right side table to accept an iGrill3 remote temperature monitoring system. The propane tank placement in the cabinet of the E 215 is awkward. The tank fits fine but if you have bad knees then you will hate changing out tanks. By the way…both of these grills have the same “black” color.

Once the cart is shot, grills tend to find their way to the landfill rather quickly. The open cart design allows for humidity to escape, keeping it dry. Weber seems to be leaning towards the closed cart design, as most of their gas grills, both natural gas and propane, are this type. Weber may have addressed the issue as well, as the newer closed carts have better ventilation.

The one difference that makes any difference at all between these grills is that the Flavorizer bars on the E215 are stainless steel while the ones on the E210 are porcelain enameled steel.
