It is very easy to set up and works well. I am using it 5 days a week and quite satisfied. Love the size I use it every morning and put it away. It would be great if the phone holder was removable. Bought this product for my mom and she LOVES it.
The equipment not light, front has wheels. I walk the treadmill every morning. It works like a gym treadmill except it could be a little wider.
It does have a weight limit of 250lbs, anyone over that would want to avoid this treadmill and get a full size one that has a higher wieght limit. The treadmill is easy to assemble and I like that it slides under my couch. I did not attach the 2 arms as it seems like they would prevent me from folding it flat.
