Once I lower my weight I will try jogging on it. Fits under my bed or behind my door. I would define it recommend for small indie spaces. We receive the machine yesterday and quickly put unpacked it and set it up to use!

Very convenient relatively light weight machine while still feeling sturdy. We were looking for a compact treadmill option and this fit the bill. The tread as very short so may not be great for taller runners, but as a petite woman I enjoy the daily run and fits in our space perfectly. This treadmill was exactly what I was looking for.
