The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max and BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro each have distinct advantages, meaning one might suit you better than the other, depending on your needs. If not, fill up the tank with warm water to the self-cleaning line. I have a few shag rugs and the high-pile seems to irobot vacuum cleaner get caught in the roller. My cleaning isn’t delayed by having to clean the brushes and then letting them dry before using again, because they do need to be rinsed with hot water between uses. The crosswave is much more expensive with many more features but essentially does the same thing as the pet pro model.
